New surcharges are as follows: JOLIET, IL US $0.04 / LB CARTERET, NJ US $0.10 / LB SAINT LOUIS, MO US $0.04 / LB CINCINNATTI, OH US $0.03 / LB LONG BEACH, CA US $0.11 / LB CHESTER, SC US $0.05 / LB.
