US propylene contract prices for July have reportedly settled with 6 cts/lb increases that put chemical grade at 31 cts/lb and polymer grade at 32.5 cts/lb. MPG customers with monomer-based contract formulas are likely to experience cost increases of 3.5 cts/lb or more.
