Hurricane Delta currently over the Yucatan Peninsula could strengthen into a category 3 storm before it makes landfall on Friday. At the moment the predicated path takes it over Louisiana with outer bands likely to impact East Texas. Plants in the path are likely to shutdown causing another wave of disruptions.
