Regional distributors report competitive truck and railcar spot prices FOB USG in the mid $1.20/gal range with some starting offers at or above $1.30/gal following consolidation attributed to a drop in spot barge prices last week. As of today prompt barge prices are assessed slightly above $1.10/gal FOB.
