A collapse in demand because of the coronavirus pandemic prompted PBF Energy to announce force majeure on toluene and MX from its Toledo, OH refinery. The refiner continues to operate at reduced rates because of the collapse in demand and all toluene and MX is being consumed internally. It did not offer customers a timeline for when it will resume normal production levels.
