Citgo notified customers it will move its aliphatic offers (including various grades of mineral spirits, hexane, and heptane) 4 cts/lb higher effective July 17th. Most other sellers have also followed up their mid-May and mid-June hikes with additional mid-July initiatives in response to climbing upstream crude and clean product values as well as healthy demand.
