ExxonMobil announced it will increase its technical grade IPA 10 cts/lb effective September 8th. ExxonMobil shut some its Baton Rouge refinery units ahead of Hurricane Ida making landfall on August 29th. In addition to other products, the site produces aromatics and IPA.
The August acetone related MMA contract settled at 56.50 cts/lb delivered barge, up 3 cts/lb from the July settlement.
