TCEQ reports Lyondell’s 780,000 mt/yr plant at Channelview was taken down yesterday due to a weather related incident impacting a 3rd party utility supplier. The 1.7 mln mt/yr Fairway methanol plant was also confirmed down as of today with a startup projected for February 24th (outage lasting 7.5 days).
