ExxonMobil will move its MEK price up 10 cts/lb effective November 16th. The producer experienced production issues at its Fawley, UK plant that are impacting supply. It also announced it will increase all grades of IPA 6 cts/lb effective November 18th. It cited higher feedstock costs and market factors in its letter.
Customers of Lyondell report that it will move its IPA price up 5 or 6 cts/lb effective November 20th.
