The International Trade Administration issued final determinations for anti-dumping duties from three countries. South Africa faced the stiffest penalty with anti-dumping duty assessments of 414.92% for Sasol and 314.51% for other suppliers. South Korea anti-dumping duties were assessed at 47.86% for Kumho P&B, 25.05% for LG Chemical, and 33.10% for other suppliers. Belgium anti-dumping duties were assessed at 28.10% for Ineos and other suppliers.
